Returns and exchanges
Slagberga offers all customers open purchase and free returns for 30 days. If you want to return an item, fill in the information below and we will email you a return slip and practical information. We recommend that you always first fill in the return form and wait for a return note before sending the item back. If you use the return slip you received from us, we are responsible for return shipping and can process your return faster.
Returns are sent to Lagerservice i Nässjö AB, Vallgatan 8 • 57141 Nässjö (as prescribed on the return slip you receive from us).
In order for us to be able to approve your return, we require that:
- - The product must be to the same standard as when you received it.
- - The original packaging and all dockets must be included.
- - The product must be free from damage.
We do not apply the right to exchange goods. If you want another item, you should instead place a new order on the website with a new payment.
Here is how to exchange or return an item:
- First go in and place a completely new order on the item you may want in exchange.
- Please use this return form to return the item you no longer want.
- When we have received the item in return, we will refund your money within 2-4 banking days.
At Slagberga we strive to always deliver a good shopping experience to our customers. As a customer, you can either choose delivery to a PostNord agent or Home Delivery directly to your door.
We always have free shipping on orders valued over SEK 600 with "Delivery to postal agents". In case the order is less than SEK 600, a shipping fee of SEK 89 will be added for "Delivery to postal agent".
For Home delivery to the door, we always have a delivery fee of SEK 150, even if the purchased amount is above SEK 600. The weight of the package cannot exceed 20 kg for "Home delivery to door without receipt" Below you can read more about how our shipping options work.
Delivery to Postal Agents - PostNord My Pack Collect
If you choose to get your package to an agent, it will go to your nearest Postal agent. You will receive an SMS when the package arrives at the agent and you can then pick up the package upon presentation of a personal identification. Important to keep in mind: Unredeemed packages are charged at SEK 200.
Home delivery to door without receipt - Schenker
When you choose Home Delivery, you will receive your package delivered to your door within 1-4 working days and you do not have to be at home to receive the package. It does not matter where you live in Sweden, we deliver right to your door. This is also possible even if you live in an area that has a rural postal service, but it will add 1-2 extra days for the delivery. If you live in an apartment, we will deliver the package to your apartment door.
Front door entrance code
If you have a front door entrance code, you need to state it in connection with your order. Please choose the option "apartment with entrance code" at checkout. Please also enter your code where it says "Enter Entrance Code". Make sure your name is on both at the doorway as well as on your apartment door.
Intercom or Code Tag
In case you have an intercom, the driver will call you once and then you need to be able to open the door. You select the option "Apartment with intercom or code tag" at checkout and under "Instructions for entering" you write ex. "Call me at xxx phone number and I will open". You always need to fill in a telephone number or shorter instructions in this box (even if, for example, your telephone number to call is the same as your mobile number). If you have a locked door (i.e that a code tag is required) and you do not have a door code or intercom, you may unfortunately not choose home delivery without receipt. In that case please select "Delivery to agents" and have the package delivered to the nearest Postal agent.
When you order your goods, a confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail address. This order confirmation also works as your receipt and there is your order number that you must have if you contact our customer service, want to track a shipment or make a return.
Unredeemed packages are charged a fee of SEK 200 to cover incurred shipping costs. Your package is normally retained at the postal agent for a maximum of 14 days before it is sent back to our warehouse.
To be able to shop at www.slagberga.se, you must be 18 years of age or have a parent's consent. At present, delivery can only be fulfilled to customers with a delivery address in Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods. As far as possible, the product must be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. Read more under the heading Returns which describes how to proceed to return an item to us.
If a product turns out to be defective, the product can be returned. In the event of a complaint of incorrect or defective goods, you as a customer shall not bear the cost. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when you received the order, and no later than within two months. Please read more under the heading Returns which describes how to proceed to return an item to us.
If for any reason you want to return your purchase, please use our return form which you can find here. After you have filled in the form, we will send you a return slip with our return address pre-printed, which means that we are responsible for the shipping back to our warehouse. If you do not fill in the return form and await a return slip, we will not be able to reimburse you for the shipping. NOTE! if you are returning an item, always use outer packaging and never tape the return label directly on the original packaging. When returning, you are liable for the product, therefore it is important that the product is not damaged during transport. As far as possible, the product should be unused. We are obliged to inform you that you as a consumer can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form. Click here to get to the form. Please note that if you use this form, we cannot reimburse you for your return costs, we therefore recommend that you instead use Slagberga's own return form for fast and smooth processing.

Slagberga strives to keep the price information and availability information regarding the products displayed in the online store current and correct but does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information or the availability of the products.
In the event of a complaint or regretted purchase, you as a customer will receive your money back no later than 10 days from the day Slagberga received your goods in return. Refunds are only made by deposit to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.
Slagberga is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints about transport damage must be made as soon as possible, but no later than within seven days. When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the package is not damaged during transport. We recommend that you report any transport damage directly on site to the delivery agent and then contact Slagberga's customer service.
At Slagberga, we use card payment via Visa or Mastercard. When you shop at Slagberga, you are transferred to an encrypted secure page where payment is made. No account information or card information is stored by us. Card payments are covered by 3D-Secure, which is a security standard developed by the banks.
Price and Product Information
In the event of any errors in stock status or price, Slagberga reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement. If the product has expired or for some other reason is not available, Slagberga is not obliged to provide the product but may suggest an alternative product.
In the event of circumstances beyond Slagberga's control, such as in the event of amended legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Slagberga's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended for as long as the circumstances prevail. If such a delay exceeds two months, both you and Slagberga have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
